Solid walnut bench circa 1950, fully restored and hand varnished in the Maison Lecan workshops. The monoxyle top, carved from a beautiful slab of walnut with slightly live edges, reveals a warm and deep grain enhanced by the varnished finish. Each knot and every mark left by time contributes to the unique character of the piece. The trestle legs, assembled with visible tenons and mortises, testify to authentic craftsmanship. Their slight V-shaped inclination provides perfect stability and a dynamic silhouette that evokes the best of French rural furniture from the mid-20th century. Versatile and timeless, this bench naturally finds its place at the entrance of a home, at the foot of a bed, at the end of a table, or in a hallway. It pairs well with both a sleek contemporary interior and a more rustic, warm decor. Reference LDP: 20260220-001. Dimensions: L171 X D21 X H48 cm.
