Set of 2 high chairs Gaja designer Kazuhide Takahama, 70's bar. Editing Simon, Italy (company founded in 1968 by Dino Gavina and Maria Simoncini), who was also editing Marcel Breuer, Carlo Scarpa, Man Ray, among others. Designed in 1974, originally for a small restaurant, this Chair was so successful that it was integrated to the Simon collection. In 2013, Simon was acquired by Cassina. Gaja chairs are still published to this day. 2 chairs are in near new condition. A few brands to use on the footrest bar, minimal. Chair with welded by resistance and chrome plated steel bars. The foundations have been redone with a new foam and a new grey and white fabric. The fabric on the bottom was left for the Simon signature. 3 chairs Gaja are available in another of my ads. They are stackable and take much place. Seat height: 62 cm.
