Bayel crystal glasses

Set of 4 royal crystal champagne glasses with engraved mark measures approximately: 8 cm in height, 8 cm in diameter on top, diameter of 9.5 cm on the base, weight of 489 grams each, heavy in the hand condition: excellent new condition the royal champagne crystal factory was founded at the request of colbert in 1678 in bayel, the original stronghold of french crystalworks, by a venetian master glassmaker, mazzolay and supplier to louis xiv. The crystal factory owned by the Daum Haviland group for 10 years.
