A set of six rare 'w2' chairs by hans wegner for c.m madsens denmark. Hans wegner, also called 'the master of the chair', designed the model in 1953. Production took place in the 1950s. The frame is made of solid oak and the fabric is made of a soft brown/beige wool/cotton mix. The condition of the chairs is good, with a beautiful vintage patina on the frame.
