Postmodern triangular table lamp by Daniels Design for Ottika, 1980s.

Vintage design. Triangular table lamp by the Italian manufacturer Ottika. A postmodern design in form and materiality. The lamp has the simple shape of an equilateral triangle. One of the sides serves as a base. The front is closed with a coloured transparent plastic cover. It curves slightly outward in the middle to create more space for the lamp. The cover at the back is black and bordered with a transparent blue edge. The lamp is actually used for indirect lighting, for example on a wall, so that the back becomes the front. There is a reflector inside to enhance the light effect. The lamp does not have a traditional switch. It turns on automatically depending on the position of the light (lying down, standing). The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear. Two pins have broken.
