Large gilded framed mirror, beautiful and ornate, louis XV style, dating from the middle of the 20th century. The frame is decorated with shells and scrolls and it is really superb. Very ornate and unique, it would be ideal as a fireplace mirror and would be absolutely stunning above a fireplace. The frame has finely carved details and is in different shades of gold giving it an antique look. The arched plate, with separate borders, is placed in an ornate gilded frame. The back of the mirror is original. There is a hook on the back of the mirror to hang it. Dimensions: 104cm h X 60cm l (widest point) 4cm d.
