Vintage rod ceiling light with three green spotlights

Vintage ceiling light with a rod and a black and chrome frame and three green spotlights. The three spotlights can be easily reoriented. The lamp requires three small E27/26 (standard) bulbs. [Condition] Good. The piece is still in good condition, the black frame shows signs of wear, see last photos. One of the spotlights has a small chip of green lacquer missing, see last photos.
