Pair of Cabasse brick M9 speakers

Cabasse brick m9 speakers. Beautiful pair of cabasse speakers, work perfectly, cabinetry in good condition of presentation despite some scratches and slight shock in an angle. Caches good condition but missing the logos; a terminal block nut is not original. Serial no. 291613-281614. These speakers were designed in the late 80s. The m9 is one of the latest evolutions of the brick model. The challenge was to offer a speaker of modest dimensions, with great efficiency and able to transcribe any musical message at a realistic level. The 21k16 woofer-midrange driver has an ultra-light paper membrane, and a vinyl sandwich multiply suspension. Thanks to a particularly light mobile crew and a powerful engine, it offers excellent efficiency in this closed load. The tweeter is the famous 25 mm dome model: dom2. It is equipped with a polymer membrane with variable thickness, promoting the stiffness/weight ratio. This transducer provides a fine and precise sound from the top of the spectrum. 2 lanes, closed. Power of 50 watts efficient, 350 watts peak. Efficiency of 93.5 db / 1 watt / 1 meter. Nominal impedance of 8 ohms. Dom2 tweeter with 25 mm rigid dome. Grave-medium 21k16 with 210 mm paper cone, coated fabric suspension. Connection by screw terminals accepting bare cables of any section. Dimensions: width 30 X height 64 X depth 25.6 cm. Weight: about 13 kg each.
