Brass chandelier with opal glass shades by Rupert Nikoll

This stunning chandelier was manufactured and distributed in the 1950s by the Austrian company Rupert Nikoll. It consists of a curved brass construction with 12 arms, each topped with an opal glass lampshade. The use of numerous bulbs provides sufficient light for large rooms. Due to its size, it is perfect for rooms with high ceilings and can particularly unfold its charm in old buildings. A particularly rare piece of history that will not lose any of its magic even in another 70 years. A special feature of this chandelier is that the upper row of bulbs can be switched off using a switch on the brass frame, so that only the lower row gives light. 12x E14 "candle" bulbs not included.
