Large vintage tapestry cardboard JL ViARD

I am selling this very pretty tapestry made by my mom. To be picked up at my place in Touraine. Vintage tapestry Jean-Louis VIARD - Thistles of Camargue - Numbered. Created from an original design by the French painter and cartoonist Jean-Louis Viard (1917-2009). A modernist textile artwork from the 1970s representing a stylized Camargue horse in front of a large blazing sun, amidst a field of thistles. • Limited edition: Original certificate of authenticity (ribbon) preserved and glued to the back of the artwork. • Contemporary art workshop la lice (ASCL), under the artistic direction of Jean Picart le Doux. • Series C, numbered copy from a limited edition of 250 copies. • Technique: Made with D.M.C wool (art. 482). • Signed "JL Viard" in the weave at the bottom left.
