Vintage design. Imposing chandelier by the Swiss manufacturer Temde based on a design by E.R. Nele. Often mistakenly attributed to Max Bill. A functional light source and at the same time an impressive lighting object in the room. The design is classic yet timelessly modern, especially in this monochrome white colour scheme. The lamp body, shaped like a cluster, consists of nine opal glass spheres, arranged radially and at different levels around a central core. The connecting rods are straight and simple. The spheres can be screwed onto the sockets using a thread. The central stem merges into a trumpet-shaped cable cover at the top, creating a harmonious finish at the ceiling. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
