Charming vintage Vallauris set consisting of a cheese platter and its matching dome. Made of glazed ceramic in warm honey yellow tones, the platter features a beautiful relief decoration depicting ears of wheat, with particularly decorative texturing. The dome has the same glaze and ribbed decoration. The underside of the platter bears the VALLAURIS marking. A lovely set typical of Vallauris ceramics from the 1960s-1970s, equally pleasant to use and to display in a vintage kitchen or a ceramics collection. Dimensions of the platter: 30 X 23 cm. Overall in good condition, see photos.
