Art Deco set of 2 jacquard velvet lounge chairs, 1930

This set of two art deco armchairs comes in its original cover with only minimal signs of wear on the fabric. The jacquard velvet fabric in a mint tone has a beautiful play of colors and is in very good condition. The floral patterns of the fabric are typical of the period, straps on the armrests complete this impression. The feet of the armchairs are made of dark wood. The suspension and upholstery of the armchairs provide very good and comfortable seating. With their unusual shape and short backrest, the armchairs are reminiscent of the club chairs of the 1920s and 1930s. The armchairs were probably made in germany in the 1930s.
