Vintage metal ashtray - push up

Hello, here is an ashtray in chrome metal and black painted metal, dating from the 70s. Its design is sober. It is in a beautiful state of conservation, elegantly bearing the traces of time as they have nicely patinated it. Its push-up or damper system is functional. Its weight of more than three kilograms, strongly located in its base, gives it great stability. This is a decorative object that must have heard many stories; you don't have to be a smoker to appreciate it. The chrome part on the top of the ashtray measures approximately 10 cm in diameter.
