Set of six 'Wishbone chair' model chairs by Hans J. Wegner with leather cushions

Iconic designer chairs, scandinavian originals. Ch24 is the well-known wishbone chair from 1949 by designer hans j. Wegner for carl hansen & søn. The simple and essential form, which harks back to natural organic figures, made it internationally known for quality and refinement. The frame is birch wood and the seat is woven rope. The original black leather cushions are present and are in excellent condition. The curved wooden backrest shape is the hallmark of these beautiful chairs still in production today. Lightweight and elegant they will add character to the room. Good condition, conservative restoration has been done with natural products. It may show some signs of time.
