Vintage curved wooden armchair circa 40's.

Vintage bentwood armchair circa 40 with round and not square bentwood and flat head screws and not crossheads as on late models. This office or executive chair with wide armrests is in beech with a dark oak varnish finish. The piece is in good condition and vintage condition with some marks and traces of use on the seat (see photos next to a 1 cent coin for perspective) the back, bentwood and feet (see photos.). No stamp present but in the Baumann or Fischel production style. The piece is solid and stable. Seat width 43 cm depth 44 cm... Seat 45 cm.
