Two small silver-plated dishes, Durousseau silversmith (France), circa mid-20th century, diameter 18 cm for one and 16.5 cm for the other. Border decorated with knotted ribbons in relief, hallmarked on the reverse. • Use: This type of dish could be used as a pocket emptier, a coaster, a small tray for sweets, or even a decorative bowl. • Condition: The silver plating shows micro-scratches due to use.
