Here is a very lovely little vase from the famous Virebent factory, established in Puy-L'évêque for over 100 years. It is marked "porcelaine Virebent made in France" underneath. Its design, minimalist and zen, is very original with this asymmetrical cylindrical shape and plunging neck, featuring a speckled glaze that presents a gradient of colours from black, khaki to light blue. It is typical of the production from the 60s and 70s when Virebent collaborated with renowned designers to create its collections (Yves Mohy, Claire Debril…). I have not managed to identify this particular model, but it must be relatively rare as I have not come across any others during my research. Its reasonable size is perfect for display in a showcase and thus complements a collection of ceramics. It is in perfect condition, absolutely no defects to report. It measures 6.8 cm in diameter and 7 cm in maximum height.
