Set of 6 hand-painted Choisy-Le-Roi earthenware COQ plates

This superb set of 6 plates decorated with a rooster is made of Choisy-Le-Roi earthenware. Coming from the Faïenceries de l'Est, signed Choisy-Le-Roi, they are decorated with an elegant hand-painted rooster. The rim is adorned with red flowers. These plates are marked "Terre de Fer Choisy Le Roi France". They measure 22 cm in diameter. In good overall condition, I note scratches from use, as well as stains and cracks on the glaze on the back.
