Wicker rattan armchair

This beautiful wicker armchair has pretty and original details: the armrests and the top of the backrest are decorated with thick herringbone wicker strands, the top of the backrest is made of a tighter weave, which is quite pleasant to rest your head on. In addition, its backrest is slightly inclined towards the back, which makes this armchair rather comfortable. Perfect for a natural and bohemian touch in a veranda, a living room or on a terrace. It dates from the 70s and is in very good condition for its age: very solid, no woodworm holes, but still has the patina of time and use: a strand on the seat was broken, I managed to "graft" a piece of wicker recovered from an armchair that was too damaged in place of the missing piece (see the last photo), a small piece of strand missing from an armrest, it also has some spots of black paint, not very visible because on the underside or internal side of the legs. It measures 116 cm in height at the backrest, 61 cm in maximum width, approximately 60 cm in maximum depth, approximately 42 cm in seat height.
