Painted oil lamp vase on pewter stand from the 19th century

This pretty kerosene lamp vase is opaque translucent with small garlands of painted flowers and leaves. The vase is mounted on a pewter foot richly decorated with acanthus leaves. Under the lamp base, 3 engraved indications $ deposited and the number 83. It is an object from the 19th century. It measures 18 cm high, its diameter is 13 cm and weighs 739 g.
