Beautiful vintage hand-blown Murano Sommerso ashtray/vide poche in iridescent red Italian art glass with amber highlights - designed by master glassmaker and designer Alfredo Barbini - This ashtray has a heavily haloed/iridescent surface, with creases around the edge. Beautiful display piece on a desk, vanity or coffee table. Use it as a catch-all - Mid-Century modern period circa 1950/1960 - Dimensions/Max height between 4 and 5.5 cm. Dim top. 11.5 X 10.5 cm.
