Very unusual Italian enfilade from the 1960s, defined by an architecturally designed structure. The solid wood legs extend vertically into the back panel, fitting together via precisely milled notches that form a recessed sliding mounting system. This construction ensures excellent structural stability while maintaining a visually light and elevated profile. The generous proportions offer ample storage capacity, making the piece both functional and visually striking. The black legs with clean lines emphasise the vertical lines of the design and are finished with adjustable brass tips for levelling, which can also be removed if desired. The brass and black-painted details extend to the original knobs, enhancing the graphic character of the piece. A distinctive example of 1960s Italian furniture, combining advanced construction, refined materials, and expressive modernist design. Era: 1960s. Country of origin: Italy. Materials: wood, teak veneer, brass. Colour: honey brown. Dimensions: L 150 X D 45 X H 85 cm (82 cm without the legs) Condition: restored, excellent vintage condition, slight signs of wear consistent with age and use.
