Modernist mahogany daybed

Modernist daybed circa 1940. It certainly comes from an african country - without proof. The construction uses species of red wood such as mahogany: solid elements - no veneer. Delivered with dense foam mattress - thickness 25 cm - ideal daybed century bench. The original woven rattan base is provided but the use of a modern slatted base is recommended depending on the intended use. Height of the foot of the bed 39 (cm) - height on legs 15 - standard bed dimensions - weight 25 (kg). Does not come apart - superb!.
