cloisonné enamel brass vase with iris decoration

This delightful little brass vase features a rich enameled floral decoration on a cream background. We can see blue and yellow irises connected by arabesques or green foliage with an art nouveau spirit. Its ball shape, or double upturned saucers, is punctuated by a central brass disc highlighted with caramel friezes with small bridges. The identical foot and collar give it a butterfly and airy effect. More than a vase, it is a real trinket that illuminates all types of furniture. Very decorative to place near a lamp or a window because it captures and reflects each ray of light. Good vintage condition with some small traces of time, dimensions 13x12 cm.
