Art Deco vase by D'Argyl

Art deco vase in amethyst glass decorated with a silver overlay and an engraved acid background, by french argyl glass maker. Signature engraved and silver on the side. Wear compatible with age and use, a small chip sting inside the rim covered with silver plate because of the manufacturing process, some friction with silver, deep marks at the bottom of the base are due to the acid engraving also of the manufacturing process, no damage or repairs and in very good condition.
