This beautiful carpet is from zayan in the mountains of the middle atlas of morocco. It's a real work of art made of naturally tinted soft wool, it's an absolutely remarkable piece. The photos show a representation of all the variations and were taken in natural light. The zayan tribe is native to the mountains of the middle atlas and traditionally made its carpets to protect them from the harsh mountain winters.
