Crochet du milieu du siècle french coat, hat hanger, vintage metal 1960-70

Vintage, silver color and black metal coats/hats hanger, rack. It's in the style of mid-century modern, constructivism. The hat/coat holders has the forme of loops. European 1960-70th vintage. There is a manufacture mark verso: made in france, ges, depose.  metal is quite heavy (could be a steel). The metal on the loop holders is slitely covered by brown spots, but I think it could be removed by special liquides very easy. Please examine all photos carefully before bidding!
