Antique and solid double entrance doors in solid oak, 227cm high, 142.2cm wide, fully pegged, and varnished inside. Sold with its oak frame 280.8cm high (+2cm for anchoring in the masonry) and 149.7cm wide including a glazed transom 40cm high by 139.5cm wide. This transom is made up of two panes with double glazing and a grille protecting it with 7 decorated bars, in metal and bronze. The exterior finish has gaps and places where it is flaking, the varnish has completely disappeared in places, revealing the oak almost bare. The double door is equipped with a water jet in the lower part. This side exposed to the weather is solid and in good condition, the finish needs to be redone to be able to either protect it naturally or put it in the desired color. The interior is in a beautiful state of finish, even if some marks of use and time are visible on the varnish, which has bubbled in places (see numerous photos). This side presents the two double-glazing frames on the transom which were added later. The two windows can be opened for safe ventilation. The upper part requires a little restoration (see photo). There are two pulls, upper and lower, to block the right leaf. It was later (traces of old locks) fitted with a multi-point lock installed on the surface which works and whose vertical bar also blocks the opening at the top and bottom. We have the key, the fixing brackets to be placed on the masonry to accommodate the frame, visible in the last photos. Solid and massive doors, they weigh 40 and 43 kg, the frame with the transom 40 kg, for a total of approximately 123 kg. Dimensions: frame: 282.8cm high, 149.7cm wide and 4.6cm thick, and the double door: 227cm high by 142.2cm (internal frame dimensions).
