"elephant stool" tabouret created in 1954 by the famous japanese designer sori yanagi (1915-2011). 2001 habitat edition in fiberglass. Limited number, stopped production. The stool has since been reissued by vitra in polypropylene. Protective strips inside the feet and rubber stamp under the seat so you can stack the stools. Beautiful patina. Age-appropriate wear. Some micro-cracks, but no hairspout (see photos).
