LCW (Lounge Chair Wood) in ash. First generation armchair sold by Herman Miller, but still manufactured by Evans Plywood in 1948-1949. Recognizable by the 5-2-5 arrangement of screws below the armchair which is specific to the versions produced by Evans. From 1950, Herman Miller took over production and the fixing screws were changed to 5-2-4. Original label present under the chair. Restored, original hardware, new finish, very good condition.
