Japanese tea service

Elegant Japanese tea service in deep blue glazed ceramic, enhanced with a delicate hand-painted floral decoration (orchids) in golden, ochre tones with touches of red. All set against a background of stylised green foliage. The golden trims highlight the neck of the teapot and the rim of the cups, providing a beautiful finish. The set includes: 1 teapot with a woven rattan handle. 5 matching cups. The whole is presented in very good condition: shiny glaze, well-preserved gilding, no chips. A beautiful item for a refined tea table, a Japanese-style tea ceremony, or simply as a decorative piece of crockery for an Asian interior. Careful shipping with protective packaging or hand delivery.
