The “Pilot”, designed by Arne Norell in 1967, is one of the Swedish designer's most recognizable armchairs. A bentwood frame supports an upholstered shell covered in pink leather, complemented by a removable seat cushion. The enveloping backrest and armrests reflect Norell's focus on comfort and craftsmanship, qualities that made Norell Möbel an important name in Scandinavian design during the second half of the twentieth century.
