19th Century XXL Oak Monastery Table

19th-century monastery table in XL format. We love its size and very massive presence. Very old, this table features a construction entirely in mortise and tenon. The tabletop has a significant thickness, which adds to its charm. It is made up of four planks, tenoned onto the base. The wood has been cut from solid timber, resulting in irregularities that enhance its authenticity. The base is very imposing, with a stretcher, and each piece is also beautifully carved from the wood. There are some defects in the wood, with small traces of wormholes in places... Everything is sound and in good condition. The patina is original. An XL piece that is very old and possesses a certain uniqueness and authenticity.
