Magnificent large toilet jug in beige earthenware in Art Deco/Art Nouveau style with motifs of bindweed and foliage in shades of green and mauve, red and gold trim. Hand-painted, stamped Hamage & Moulin des Loups, Nord. Circa 1901-1930. Maximum height 27.5 cm, maximum diameter 17 cm, approximately 20 cm maximum depth including handle. Very good overall condition, no chips or cracks, fine natural crazing of the earthenware, trim and motifs slightly faded, a few small stains. Approximately 1.7 kg.
