Ancient oil jarre

Rare walnut oil jar originating from saintonge (chapelle des pots, near saintes 17100) from the late 18th century. It is in good condition given its age, nevertheless we think it has been restored by a professional at the collar (see photo). We recommend putting it inside so that the gel does not deteriorate it.
