Louis XV style mirror - 125x84cm

Exceptional mirror style louis XV (probably from the late 19th century: napoleon III?) or early 20th century. It is likely that this beautiful object constituted a fireplace mirror that was sometimes offered at a wedding for example. It is a mirror of wood and gilded stucco painted with pediment. The patterns on the sides are floral and the pediment with the shell is nicely open. The 4 angles are stalled. The decoration, especially from the top is composed of volutes, and other florets, but the pediment itself is rinsing. The ice is in perfect condition. And, looking very closely, we can find very slight gaps on the stucco, barely visible.
