Round dining table set with extension cord - 4 vintage teak chairs by the publisher McIntosh, Scandinavian style, 1960s. The set resembles Hans Olsen's famous 'Roundette' dining set with table and built-in chairs for Frem R-jle, Denmark. The set includes a round table with a "butterfly" style extension (ranked under the table when not in use) and four chairs. The backs of the chairs have the same height and shape of the table apron and fit perfectly under the tray. Excellent design - wonderful for small spaces - these decorations were popular examples of modern Scandinavian design and are still appreciated today. The chairs sound in very good condition and very solid. The fabric and seating trim foam have been redone, with a new very strong blue fabric of 70% wool / 30% linen by Main Line Flax. Dimensions: 50 (L) x 42 (P) x 71 (H) cm. Seated height: 46cm. The table is in good condition, with a slight difference in color between the tray and the extension cord and some small imperfections of the wood, but normal for its age. Very nice vein and wood color. Can accommodate 4 to 8 people. Dimensions: 122 - 167.5 (L) x 122 (P) x 73.5 (H) cm. Stated by the publisher.
