Vintage 4-drawer chest of drawers by CTC, 1960s

Vintage chest of drawers by C.T.C., circa 1960s. This chest of drawers is made of two-tone oak veneer and rests on tapered legs. Four drawers with their original black metal handles. What particularly distinguishes this piece of furniture is the design of its front, which features only one central handle per drawer. Furthermore, the front features a diagonal pattern, with the left side sloping inward, towards the handles, and the right side sloping inward (see photos). Finally, the color of the left side is lighter, while the right side is slightly darker, a honey color (see the last photo taken in direct sunlight). There are four large drawers, offering ample storage space (L81 cm, H12 cm). All drawers are clean, with some slight signs of wear on the inside of two of them (see photos). Please note: Due to the age of the piece, slight resistance may be felt when opening the second and third drawers. When closing, it is necessary to ensure that they are properly aligned with the rails so that they can slide properly. The piece is in good overall, original, vintage condition. It has light marks, signs of wear and previous use, and a patina of age on the frame, top (see photos next to a 1 cent coin for better perspective), side panels, edges, drawers, drawer interiors, handles, and feet (see photos). Please note: There is an old mark of previous use on the front of the lower right drawer (see photo). A maker's mark on the back. It has been gently cleaned, oiled, and waxed to preserve its original patina. All photos were taken in natural outdoor light.
