Rectangular in shape, representing a hilly country landscape. The cardboard bears the stamp of fredrick hinchliff's workshop (1894 - 1962), as well as the inventory number 198, circa 1929. Dimensions: about 30 X 41 cm. This piece comes from the dispersion of the artist's studio background. Documentation: born in allara, queensland, australia. He then moved to england and studied art at huddersfield technical college and the royal college of art in london, where he graduated in 1923.
