Narrow old wooden farmhouse table

An old wooden table with long and narrow proportions, featuring a central drawer. Its deep patina and the marks left by time make it a particularly warm piece. Ideal as a kitchen table, large console, or work table. With its length of 209 cm and a width of only 61 cm, this old table has quite rare proportions that are particularly easy to integrate. Its top is made of wide wooden planks, marked by the years, with a deep and irregular brown patina. The slender, slightly tapered legs give it a simple and rather elegant silhouette, far from the massive farmhouse table. A compartmentalised central drawer completes the ensemble. On the top, the old mark of an iron has been repaired with a piece of leather. A visible, almost naive repair that we chose to keep. It simply tells the story that this table has already had a life — and probably a well-filled life. Unique piece.
