Five plates old land of Grigny fire

The five plates are all in very good condition. No damage, no cracks, no shrapnel. They're in the land of nibble fire. The technique used for the application of the decor was that of the decal. As a result, the decors are very imperfect, and we can clearly see in the photos the many smudges, and stains that dot the plates. The manufacture was very artisanal, and all these imperfections are touching, they make all the character of the object. You have to be comfortable with that, and look at the pictures. The plates are all marked on the back of the earthenware stamp. These are plates of the "medicis" service. They date from the early 20th century.
