Superb brutalist lamp base attributed to Charles Dudouyt, made of turned solid oak from the 1940s, fitted with a large white opaline globe. Its shaft features a geometric faceted pattern and a circular base. The wood has a beautiful original patina, attesting to its authenticity. The piece is part of the French brutalist and modernist furniture movement of the mid-20th century. Old E14 socket in brass and porcelain. Sold without bulb. Total height: 36 cm.
