Baumann extendable oval table, 70s-80s

Magnificent table circa 1970 by swiss designer emile baumann and made in france (nf label under the top), distributed at the time by roche bobois. Oval table with double central leg with crosspiece and 2 extensions that slide under the top (space saving in apartments in particular). 4 adjustable metal glides under the mahogany base. The top is in golden beech wood in honey tones offering a very beautiful contrast. The table measures 160 cm in width, 200 cm with 1 extension and 240 cm with the 2 for 100 cm in depth and 76 cm in height including 2.5 cm thickness of the top and 6 cm of band. In perfect condition (we note just a few fine micro scratches of use of the top imperceptible on the whole), this very beautiful table, ultra qualitative, will certainly bring a touch of exclusivity to your dining area by changing from the eternal round or rectangular tables.
