Vintage Italian alabaster bookends "Tennis Ball"

Magnificent pair of bookends sculpted from genuine alabaster, made in Italy (Volterra region, Tuscany) at the turn of the 1980s/1990s. This model, with its both sleek and playful design, features a tennis ball sculpted from matte/raw alabaster, resting on a geometric structure made of polished alabaster with delicate amber and honeyed hues. An ideal piece to add a pop, playful, and elegant touch to a bookshelf or sideboard.
