Pair of 2 Cabriolet armchairs in the Louis XV style reinterpreted in the spirit of Napoleon III, made of solid beech stained mahogany/dark walnut, moulded and carved. French work from the late 19th century / early 20th century. (Probably between 1880 and 1930) Well made. Height 1.01m. Backrest 47 x 43cm. Very comfortable seat, wide 64 x 57cm. * Structure in healthy carved solid wood. * Curved legs. * Nailhead trim. * Old rose velvet fabric in good condition. No stains. * Generous and comfortable proportions.
