Chair of Kartell Frilly design Patricia Urquiola

The idea that inspired the Chair in transparent polycarbonate Frilly, designed by the original Spanish and winner of many designer Patricia Urquiola, is an industrial sculpture transformed into a lovely ergonomic shape. The ripple that runs through the whole of the body/structure of this Chair gives it a look both light and fluid - similar to that of a pleated fabric - and a particularly sensual, playful and feminine appearance.
