Set of 6 Dansk Design steak knives -Jens Quistgaard

Set of 6 steak knives in their original dansk designs germany box created by designer jens quistgaard in 1954. This design is the fjord style and is a classic example of the mid-century style. It is part of the collection of the museum of modern art in new york. This set was produced in germany, towards the end of the 50s. Each knife is stamped dansk designs germany with the mark of the four ducks, indicating an ancient and original manufacture. Material: stainless steel and brown-black teak. The knives are in perfect condition (i think never used) and the box has some traces of wear of time (see photos). Very slight variations in the color and shape of teak handles (almost invisible).
