Beautiful pair of Confidential armchairs designed by the Italian architect Alberto Rosselli in 1972 for Saporiti Italia. These Confidential armchairs are iconic pieces from the 1970s, recognisable by their ingenious design showing a functional connection between the backrest and the cushion, characteristic elements of the Confidential series. The structure is made of solid wood, and the seats are supported by high-density foam cushions, providing a very comfortable seating experience. These armchairs have been fully restored, with the seat foams replaced and reupholstered in a light blue herringbone fabric by Pierre Frey. Alberto Rosselli was a renowned architect, particularly known for his partnership in the architecture firm Studio Ponti-Fornaroli-Rosselli (P.F.R.) from 1952 to 1976.
