Golden wood mirror, Louis XV style - early 20th century

Chic petit miroir mural in golden wood, louis XV style, with black-painted wood holder. This decorative object consists of a rectangular ice, mercury and perfect state. This one sees its framing movement, and enriched with many volutes, interding flowers and leaves. In the lower part, we find these same windings ending with pretty acanthus leaves in foot. On the pediment, generously ornamented, a shell dominates a bunch of grapes, encircled with two decorations in half-circles. The ensemble looks frozen on a black base, further enhancing its gold. On the back, this good is equipped with an iron ring necessary for its suspension.
